It is mandatory that all merchandise shipped to Biglots is covered by a Product Liability Insurance (PLI).

The costs of taking a Product Liability Insurance are borne by the vendor.

The PLI can be obtained by AON, the insurance broker recommended by BLS or any other insurance company that has a USA office.

The PLI must cover all of BLS requirements as noted. Links below will give you all the needed information w.r.t. PLI

All vendors are advised to submit the Application form to AON to receive a quote prior to offering any product to BLS. This will ensure that you have an idea of the premium amounts that are to be paid by you if business is awarded.
