It is mandatory for some classes of merchandise to be subject to a third-party inspection. Bureau Veritas/B.V. is the nominated service provider to Biglots for inspection.

NOTE: The cost of one-day inspection (typical) is $200 USD. This will be a vendor-paid initiative. All samples sent to B.V. are to be routed via Manttra. All couriers are to be organized by the vendor at their expense.
